DAY 1: LIMA – CUSCO

Welcome to Cusco. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional city tour.

Our staff will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel in Cusco. If you’re coming from Lima, it’s best to take an early flight because the City Tour starts at 1:00 pm. We recommend taking some time to acclimate to Cusco’s altitude. We also recommend drinking coca tea, minimizing physical activity, snacking, and drinking plenty of water to avoid altitude sickness.

In the afternoon, our Cusco city tour will run from 1:00 pm to 1:20 pm. First, we will visit the Cusco Cathedral located in the Plaza de Armas. Our tour then continues to Qorikancha (“Temple of the Sun”) as well as several other impressive archaeological sites such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay. Our tour will end at the main square. At that time, you may want to enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby, or if you wish, you can enjoy the city’s nightlife.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS – AGUAS CALIENTES

The second day begins with a pick-up from your hotel at 8 am followed by a tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, your first visit will be is the Mirador de Taray where we will stop to take panoramic photos of the majestic Sacred Valley, then we will continue our journey to Sightsee and photograph the Pisac Archaeological Complex  (famous for its platforms) or agricultural terraces, adorned by various Inca sites located at the highest points of the mountains and the only place in the valley where you can see an Inca cemetery).

Then we will descend to the town of Pisac to spend our free time at the craft fair and also visit its silver jewelry artisans. From there, we headed to Urubamba for a delicious lunch buffet. We then continued our trip to Ollantaytambo (considered the living Inca city for  Inca architecture present in the houses where the last Inca descendants still live, in addition to being an access point of the Inca). DAY 3: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

Today for this attractive most Magical tour to Machu Picchu, is going to depend on your entrance time to Machu Picchu your guide will help you determine the best time to wake up for your tour. If you have the early entrance you will wake up very early, then we are going to catch the first bus up to Machu Picchu and see the sun rise over the ruins. If you have a later entrance you will be able to enjoy more sleep before taking the bus up to the ruins (entrance times will be assigned to you depending on how far in advance you book).

Your guide will take about 2 hours to explain the highlights of Machu Picchu and the beautiful sights.
