DAY 1: CUSCO – KM 104 – AGUAS CALIENTES
For the Short Inca Trail 2 days Trek, pick up time is around 3.30 am. to go to Ollantaytambo train stations. From here, we will take the train to KM. 104, this is the checkpoint, where we will start this attractive short hike to Machu Picchu, the walk today takes us along the most impressive stretch of the Inca Trail. We will visit beautiful Inca sites, we will see a great variety of flora and fauna and you will enjoy the fantastic panoramas of the Andes mountains. Covering 10 km of the trail, to the original Inca Trail takes 4 hours hiking until the Inca site of Winay Wayna before continuing to Machu Picchu through the Puerta del Sol (Inti Punku), we will have our box lunch in the middle of the impressive mountains.
Machu Picchu 2 day hike, the route that, we go is through the lush and green cloud forest that covers the mountain and we will see a variety of plants, flowers, and birds along the way. We can also see some larger mammals such as Viscachas (Rabbit Chinchillas) and Spectacled Bears (if we are very lucky). then we will Be Hiking in Machu Picchu.

DAY 2: MACHU PICCHU
Today is the second day of Machu Picchu day hike, our staff will come to your hotel to pick you up around 5.20 am, then we are going to take the bus up to Machu Picchu, one important thing the park is open from 6.00 am, the first schedule, for that we need to show the tickets and the passport, here the tour guide will explain for about 2 hours, then you will have free time
If you want to hike up to Huayna Picchu, you need to have the permissions, for that you need to buy the tickets in advance, the entrances for this place is very limited, remember this is the highest place and deep in Machu Picchu,
Once we explore these places we are going to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, where you can do some extra activities such as going to the hot spring, the entrance for this place is 10 soles, or maybe you can go shopping etc, after lunch you need to be at the train station 30 minutes before your check-in, the train will take us until Ollantaytambo, here somebody will transfer to Cusco City.
